Building on the legacy of its predecessor, the DJM-900NXS2, the DJM-A9 offers crystal-clear audio with its ESS Technology 32-bit A/D and D/A converters. It also features improved microphone and headphone inputs, ensuring top-notch sound quality across all connections. The layout and controls have been optimized for a more dynamic performance, with wider EQ knobs, high-grade LEDs, and upgraded faders for smooth, precise mixing and scratching.
New features include a color display for easier effect management, 14 Beat FX (including 3 new ones), and a dedicated channel selector for quick effect application. The mixer also introduces phantom power for connecting high-quality condenser mics and new mic effects (Echo, Pitch, Megaphone) with a dedicated reverb function.
The DJM-A9 supports dual USB Type-B and USB Type-C ports for seamless transitions between DJs, while Bluetooth input lets you wirelessly drop tracks from smartphones. The Multi I/O section allows for separate routing of external effects, and with the new Push To Talk button, mic control is more intuitive than ever.
